These terms apply to booking requests and services arranged by Ahnsal Luxury Desert Camp around M’Hamid El Ghizlane and Zagora, Morocco. By sending a request or using this website, you agree to them.
Booking requests
A booking request through this site is not a confirmed reservation. Our team confirms availability, timing and price by email before any payment is taken. Nothing is charged until you agree to the confirmed booking.
Prices and payment
Prices shown are starting prices per person unless stated otherwise. The final price depends on your dates, group size and arrangements. Payment methods are agreed and confirmed with our team.
Arrangements included
The inclusions listed for each experience (such as transport, meals or accommodation) are what you can expect. Any extra or optional items are agreed separately before booking.
Changes and cancellations
We will move or adjust confirmed bookings where conditions require it and let you know as soon as we can. Our team agrees cancellation terms with you when the booking is confirmed.
Conduct and safety
You take part in desert experiences and transfers at your own risk. Please follow the guidance of our team and drivers, especially regarding safety, the dunes and the desert environment.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the booking concerned. We arrange services with care but are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control.
